dhodgin has an interest in urban, abstract and
landscape photography. Starting his photography
interest whilst travelling with the backdrop of
ever changing environments and subjects.
Studying through the Open College of Arts
enabled him to further understand frame
structure and how to use the subjects form to
guide the viewer into and across an image. His
college work was mainly focussed on macro
photography taking large structures but
focussing on the detail to provide abstract
views.
dhodgin's influences come from living in
Manchester which provides a rich urban landscape
and many varied opportunities...
